The holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house, was renovated in 2023, and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny waterfront location.

Omišalj. The holiday apartement is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house. The parking lot is opposite the house

Cooking nook in the kitchen-diner (10 sqm) with electric stove (induction stove, 4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (5 sqm) with bathtub with shower facility, washing machine, 1 washbasin and WC.
