Vacation rental in a bungalow in a perfect location for your family vacation—pets welcome

Great furnishings, internet access, a garden, and a bike shed—relax and have fun! You’ll find a well-designed vacation rental of approximately 50 m², ideal for 2 adults who need a little more space and/or the comfort of a second bedroom, as well as for a family with 1–2 children. (A surcharge of €10 per night applies for each additional person, up to a third and fourth person.)

The vacation rental is located on the first floor in the half of a detached bungalow facing away from the street. The property is within walking distance of all the amenities of downtown Burg, yet offers peace and relaxation thanks to its location in a residential area on a play street.

The lovingly furnished apartment consists of a living room with a cozy dining area, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The living area, centrally located in the apartment, features a TV, a comfortable couch, and a dining area with 4 chairs and a large dining table.

The kitchen is perfect for cooking together.
It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker (filter), electric kettle, and toaster. There is enough dishware and silverware for everyone (please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc. Two dishwasher tablets are provided).

The bathroom is equipped with a shower. One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay.

The lovingly furnished bedroom features a double bed for two people and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms (as well as the bathroom) have exterior roller shades on the windows, allowing you to sleep in even during the early sunrises in summer.

From the living area, you step out onto the terrace, which is perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons and wonderful summer evenings. On the terrace, you’ll find patio furniture and a beach chair. There’s also a small lawn. The terrace and lawn are for your exclusive use!
Outside, there is also a bike shed with an outlet for charging e-bikes. A spacious, free parking space exclusively for you is located right next to the house.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in this apartment. Sturdy insect screens are installed on the windows in both bedrooms, the bathroom, and the kitchen. Pets are welcome in this vacation rental.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these requests no earlier than one week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to back-to-back bookings.

Note on consecutive bookings during the high season:
During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly from the previous one and lead directly to the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap in the applicable minimum rental period between two bookings. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy charge may apply. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
