Cozy vacation rental right on the marina and South Beach, accommodating up to 4 people. A modern, bright, and comfortably furnished vacation apartment awaits you. This approximately 35 m² apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building (elevator available) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment features free Wi-Fi.
The building is located at Stranddistelweg 6, just a few minutes’ walk from the magnificent Südstrand and the beautiful marina. The lovely vacation apartment is divided into a living/sleeping/dining area with a modern kitchenette, a cozy dining and living area with a couch, and a double bed (160x200 cm).
The apartment also features a separate bedroom equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm). You can relax in the modern bathroom, which includes a toilet and a shower. The bright kitchenette is perfect for cooking and enjoying meals. The kitchen is fully and functionally equipped with a stove (2 ceramic burners), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a Senseo pod machine. There is plenty of dishware and silverware available (please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc.)
The living area is cozy and modernly furnished with a couch, coffee table, and a dining area. A flat-screen TV is also provided. The large window front lets plenty of light into the apartment and offers a beautiful view of the marina. The entire apartment is floored with modern vinyl planks.
The apartment also includes a designated parking space.
Please note: Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. Please be aware that even apartments where pets are not permitted cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies.
Thanks to the vacation rental’s excellent location, you’ll find many recreational activities right nearby. For example, you can rent a boat at the marina, try stand-up paddleboarding, jump on a trampoline, swim in the Baltic Sea, or—if the weather is bad—visit the “Fehmahre” water park. The island’s capital, Burg, is just a few minutes away by bike. We also regularly post updates on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff are always happy to assist you.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to consecutive bookings.

Note on consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be immediately preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the applicable minimum rental period. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

Additional fees: Booking fee
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
