Welcome to The Gulf Crest Penthouse, where seventh floor living delivers spectacular water views in nearly every direction. Located on the top floor of Bonita Beach Club's desirable B Building, this two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse sits between the Gulf and Estero Bay, offering a perspective of Southwest Florida's coastline that few properties can match.



From sunrise over the bay to colorful sunsets over the Gulf, the views are the centerpiece of this residence. Two private outdoor spaces let you experience both sides of the peninsula, including a screened lanai and open air balcony with sweeping views across the Gulf, beach, bay and surrounding coastline.



Inside, the bright and spacious residence offers a comfortable coastal retreat designed for extended stays. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom provides a sleeper sofa and dedicated workspace, making the penthouse ideal for couples, small families or guests combining work with an extended beach escape.
