Great vacation home! House was stocked with everything needed, the fenced in yard was perfect for pets. Easy access to the beach and the saltwater pool was fantastic.

The property was beautiful and everything we wanted. Plenty of room for everyone. Short walk to the beach access to the right not even 3 minutes. The elevator was a plus. Beautiful location and a large home with plenty of space for our family. We really enjoyed the pool and loved being so close to the beach! Unfortunately, there were a few issues during our stay. Check-in was frustrating because we did not receive the door code by our arrival time, which was already after the 4 p.m. check-in time. When we finally received a code, it was incorrect, so we had to call multiple times before we were able to access the home. Both king beds also had issues the first night they were used. The middle frame supports were not properly secured, causing both mattresses to dip/cave significantly in the center. There were also several smaller maintenance issues, such as loose toilet paper holders and missing screws on the pull-out trash cabinet that caused the drawer to come apart. Overall, the home is spacious and in a beautiful location, and we enjoyed the pool and easy beach access. However, it does seem that some of the renovations and finishes were done with a rental property in mind rather than for long-term durability.
