I love the water! I retired to the lake two years after I bought this house. I decided I never wanted to leave again! I live 10 minutes away at another property. I am very excited to share my home and the peace I find here!

When I got out of the car to tour this home two years ago, I fell in love with the trees and the view of the water on three sides from the front yard! The property stays cool all summer and invites you outside to all .68 acres. The neighborhood is peaceful, heavily treed and a great place for a long walk.

This home has never been a rental. Short or long term. The furniture and bedding are as comfortable and usable as you might choose for your own home. All were purchased just two years ago. When I purchased the home there was a large greenhouse on the property. Sadly it was in such disrepair it could not be saved. It was full of awesome gardening supplies that were donated to Mrs. Fran’s Garden and the Cedar Creek Garden Club. Mrs. Fran’s garden is a raised garden on the grounds of Tool Elementary that provides fresh vegetable to the food bank. The building itself was dismantled and all salvageable materials were put to use. There are decorative touches all through the house from the greenhouse. See if you can tell what they are!
