Poor accomodation and not fit for family

On inspection of the room the high bunk bed had no steps and no side protection. Shower only lasted for one small shower. Toaster, dining chair and freezer compartment broken. Smoke alarm defective and not working and plug sockets broken and open to cables. No kettle. No help from owner.

Hello Kevin, thank you for your comment. We regret the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority, and we take your concerns seriously. Further to your comments, we would like to assure you that the smoke alarm is working correctly, and the batteries have been replaced. A new toaster has been added, and there are now four functional dining chairs for guest use. The bunk bed ladder is intact and secure. The water heater has a capacity of 150 litres, which is usually sufficient for four standard showers, however we regret that this caused inconvenience during your stay. In addition, the electrical issues mentioned, are given particular attention to ensure the highest level of safety for our guests. The host is committed to addressing any concerns to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for future guests. Thank you for helping us to improve our guests' experience. Team Holidu.
