Located in Montalcino, Tuscany, this 80 m² agriturismo apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You’ll have a private equipped kitchen, living room, fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, and a washing machine. Families with children will find a cot and high chair, plus wine glasses to enjoy estate wines: Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino. Locally produced olive oil is also available. On request, wine and olive oil tastings can be arranged on the estate, available for an extra charge.



Outside, enjoy your own covered terrace and access to the shared garden with outdoor pool, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The pool is shared and open seasonally from May to mid-October, weather permitting, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.



Shared parking spaces are available. One pet is allowed; smoking and events are not permitted. The property uses energy-saving lighting and partially solar-powered electricity, with recycling instructions provided on site.



The early 19th-century stone farmhouse has been recently renovated, preserving the typical features of rural Sienese homes: local stone, handmade bricks, and early 20th-century rustic furnishings. Set in the Tuscan landscape among woods, vineyards, and olive groves, it enjoys a commanding position over the Orcia Valley, south of Montalcino, offering beautiful views and unique sunsets over the surrounding hills. The estate produces Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino, as well as olive oil from native varieties, with tastings available on request for an extra charge.
