Cameras are located above the garage facing the driveway, at the Ring doorbell facing the front entrance and driveway, and on each corner of the home facing the yard. No cameras monitor the interior of the home or any private guest areas. The exterior cameras do not face the deck seating area, hot tub, or any other space intended for guest privacy.

If enjoying the hot tub or fire pit, please follow all posted safety instructions and supervise children at all times. We also recommend carrying a flashlight after dark, as outdoor areas and mountain roads have limited lighting.

This is a pet-free home, and we do not allow pets. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and VRBO policies. While advance notice is not required, we do appreciate a heads-up prior to arrival to help ensure a smooth check-in experience. In accordance with guidelines, we may ask whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task it has been trained to perform. Service animals must be housebroken, under control at all times, and may not be left unattended in the home. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.
