The picturesque Villa Alma is located in the small town of Svetvinčenat in southern Istria, which will delight you with its rich tourist and gastronomic offer and numerous cultural and historical sights and locations. Surrounded by beautiful lawns and fragrant Mediterranean vegetation, the villa Alma is a 20-minute drive from beautiful Istrian beaches and is an excellent choice for a holiday.



With an area of 350 m2, the villa Alma consists of 4 bedrooms, three of which are located on the first floor and have their own terrace with a table and two chairs. The office room is also located on the first floor and is equipped with one bed, while the last room is located on the ground floor of the villa and has a direct exit to the pool. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while in one has two single beds which can be brought together if necessary. Each room has its own bathroom with underfloor heating and a radiator. The additional bathroom is located in the auxiliary facility near the sauna and pool. There is also a separate toilet, a fully equipped, modern kitchen with dining area and a living room equipped with a TV, a PlayStation console and a fireplace.



Alongside with three other villas, villa Alma is located on a 25000 m2 large terrain where guests are guaranteed privacy due the courtyards being separated by hedges and trees to create a more intimate space. All villas share 2 tennis courts, half a basketball court (1 hoop), 2 playgrounds and a bowling area. The 3000m2 large yard features a lovely swimming pool (50 m2) with a heating and massage option surrounded by deck chairs as well as a dining area and outdoor grill. The rich entertainment offer of the villa includes table football, billiards, wine cellar, 5 bicycles, a jacuzzi and a sauna. There is also a stereo system with external speakers located in the object by the grill area. Villa Alma has 3 private parking places, and it is possible to park two more vehicles.



The usage of the tennis court in night hours will be charged €10 per hour, payable locally. Daily usage is free of charge.



The pool is closed from November until April.



This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.



Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
