From the beautiful south-facing sun terrace, relax in your comfortable deck chair and enjoy the unobstructed, breathtaking view of the impressive panorama of the Berchtesgaden Alps, featuring the Hoher Göll, Jenner, the majestic Watzmann, the Hochkalter massif, and many others. Amenities such as a sauna, a combined bike, ski, and hiking storage room with direct access to the hallway, and fast-charging stations for electric cars as well as additional charging options for e-bikes round out the offerings of this first-class vacation rental. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building. In the guesthouse laundry room, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee.
The “Hoher Göll” vacation apartment consists of two bedrooms, a combined living/dining area, a modern bathroom with a large shower, and an additional, separate restroom, and features two balconies. It is located on the first floor of the main building and can accommodate up to six people.

The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, backlit double bed measuring 180×200 cm with high-quality pocket-spring mattresses, a wardrobe with an adjoining coat rack, as well as luggage storage and an integrated laptop safe. From this bedroom, you have direct access to a separate balcony. The second bedroom features a comfortable bunk bed and a small wardrobe. The top bunk can be folded up. The bottom bunk measures 100×200 cm, and the top bunk measures 90×200 cm. In the combined living/dining area, a full-size sofa bed with a 160×200 cm mattress is available for the 5th and 6th guests. Flat-screen smart TVs with satellite connections are installed in both the living room and the bedrooms.
The fully equipped built-in kitchen features brand-name appliances, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, and oven. A large dining table with six armchairs invites you to linger. Enjoy the unobstructed, breathtaking view of the impressive panorama of the Berchtesgaden Alps and the majestic Watzmann from the south-facing covered balcony.

The house has its own access to the Soleleitungsweg, the well-known hiking trail between Berchtesgaden and Bad Reichenhall. For culture and food lovers, a visit to Salzburg—just 30 minutes away—is highly recommended.
