Villa Cantera is located in Istria, in Savudrija, which is known as a small fishing village with a rich history. It was first heard of in the 12th century, and archaeological finds prove that the area was inhabited as early as the Stone Age. The villa was built in 2015 in a modern style, fully air-conditioned, provides guests with 400 m2 of living space and an incredible 5000 m2 of the entire property, which is recognizable by the multitude of greenery, places to relax, play or sunbathe. It is 600 m away from the nearest sea and beach, and only 400 m from the nearest restaurant and café where you will enjoy delicious summer cocktails. During the stay, guests have at their disposal the ground floor and the upper floor, and the villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.



On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a spacious living room that includes a corner sofa, coffee table, TV, stools, and a romantic fireplace. From the living room, you will be able to enjoy a relaxing view of the green garden and olive trees. A special feature of Villa Cantera is the cinema hall, a room where children and adults will be able to have fun, watching interesting movie titles or children's cartoons. In the cinema hall, there is a table, two seating bags, a home cinema and a corner sofa.



The modernly equipped and beautifully decorated kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and near the kitchen, there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people.



On the ground floor of the villa, there is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and on the upper floor, there are three more bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers, one of which has a bathtub. Villa Cantera has a sea view from one bedroom and from the terrace on the upper floor.



The outdoor terrace will completely delight you thanks to the heated pool of 45 m2 and a depth of 1.3 m - 1.7 m. Additional equipment for the pool is a waterfall, and next to the pool there are 8 sun loungers. You can also prepare delicious meals on the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, and you can try them on the covered dining table.



Villa Cantera has a beautifully landscaped garden and yard, lots of colourful flowers, and a seating area that is ideal for a morning coffee or an evening of socializing. Wherever you turn, you will be surrounded by greenery that gives a special experience.



Children will love table tennis and a trampoline, while the elderly will be able to try delicious drops of top wines in the wine cellar.



As additional content, a washing machine, dryer, and iron are at your disposal, and you can use a baby cot and a feeder if the youngest come with you. The villa also has two separate toilets.



The villa is fully fenced and offers 6 private parking spaces inside the yard.



Attractions and local activities at your fingertips include wine tours, olive oil tours, beaches, cycling, an aquapark, and water sports. The rocky coast of Savudrija has small pebble beaches and is surrounded by a rich Mediterranean vegetation (palm trees, cypresses, and various types of evergreen shrubs). The special feature of this place is the fact that the ratio of plant and sea aerosol in the air makes the Savudrija climate favourable for health, and for this reason, it is also known for health tourism.



Have fun playing tennis, or golf, or explore the seabed of the clean and clear Adriatic Sea. There is also an opportunity to try windsurfing because the sea around the Savudrija peninsula offers excellent conditions: almost constant winds, easy access to the sea, and pleasant temperatures.



Villa Cantera is ideal for all those who want complete peace, it is surrounded on all sides by olive groves, and is located very close to the city if you need shops or markets. Only 2 km from the villa there is an equestrian centre that could interest children, and a diving school located 3 km from the villa.



Also, the house is 16 km away from the border crossing Kaštel with Slovenia.
