The high quality equipped "Chalet" is located in the middle of southern Styria. Located on a hill in Sausal, with a fantastic view of the vineyards and the surrounding hills of southern Styria to Slovenia.



The two-storey chalet has on the first floor a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, fireplace stove, Smart & SAT TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 4 persons, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs is an open, spacious sleeping area with a double bed and SAT-TV, as well as a free-standing bathtub, a reading corner, a desk and a separate WC. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a capsule coffee maker.



A bottle of welcome "fizzante" per stay is included.



This chalet offers a private outdoor area with garden and terrace which is equipped with sun loungers, a seating area and a parasol.



Nearby destinations include: the Buschenschank - Weingut Temmel (directly opposite the chalet), the Demmerkogelwarte, the South Styrian Wine Route, the Styrian Wine Museum, Seggau Castle, Stainz Castle, Deutschlandsberg Castle, the Preding Animal and Wildlife Park and the Waldschach Pond with sailing school.



A parking lot is available directly in front of the chalet.

Breakfast, snacks and picnic can be delivered to the chalet on request.

A vineyard picnic can also be arranged by the host. The refrigerator is already

filled with wine/frizzante/juices and sparkling water (for a fee) upon arrival at the chalet.



The accommodation has a storage room for motorcycle and bicycle.

A locked room for e-bikes would be possible upon separate request.
