Villa Isotta

The beautiful Villa Isotta is located in the settlement of Nedešćina in Istria. It is a beautifully decorated villa, built in 1920 in a rustic style, which was renovated in 2006, and which provides you with much-needed peace and the luxurious dream holiday you have always dreamed of.



The accommodation capacity of this beautiful villa is a maximum of 8. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers, and 1 additional bathroom also with a shower.



On the upper floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, each of which has 2 single beds. There is also 1 shared bathroom with a shower on the first floor.



The villa is fully air-conditioned, and the ground floor has a kitchen that includes a stove, oven, cooking utensils, and a refrigerator, and it is connected to a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. The living room, which is located close to the dining room, contains a TV, a sofa bed, an armchair, and a coffee table.



There is a 24 m2 swimming pool on the outdoor terrace, next to it there are 8 deck chairs, and 2 more are under the gazebo next to the pool. Also, outside the villa, there is an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. Within the villa itself, there is a tavern with an internal fireplace and a kitchen, as well as a table and benches so that you can enjoy the preparation of traditional delicious dishes by trying them in the company of dear friends or family. Likewise, next to the outdoor grill, there is also an outdoor dining table for 10 people, which is covered and surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and yard where there is enough space for socializing or children's play.



Additional amenities that will be of great help to you are 1 separate outdoor toilet with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. If you are coming with your youngest, a feeder and a cot are at your disposal.



Villa Isotta is completely fenced and offers 4 parking spaces within its own yard.



The entertainment facilities available to you, since Villa Isotta is decorated with a large and beautifully landscaped yard, are table tennis, swings for children, badminton, darts, and a volleyball court.



Other attractions and local activities are water sports, visiting historical monuments and beautiful towns, cycling, and swimming at the beach. Villa Isotta is surrounded by a forest and has enough space for children to play or take a pleasant walk, and you will certainly have space for an afternoon of enjoying your favourite book or taking photos of untouched nature that leaves you breathless.
