Villa Carbon Residence is located in Istria, in the beautiful town of Labin. The villa was built in 2022 in a modern style that will delight every guest. You have 375 m2 at your disposal, while the total area of the property is 2000 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The villa consists of a ground floor, upper floor and basement. In the basement there is a man cave garage with a wine cellar, a games room (Playstation, table football, table tennis, darts), a fitness room, a garage for one car, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. The ground floor boasts a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, piano and TV. There is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. You will stay comfortably in five bedrooms, two of which have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, and three rooms with six single beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers.



There is an additional bed in the basement room. The room on the first floor has direct access to the outdoor terrace, from where you can enjoy the outdoor whirlpool for five people.
