Located in Greensboro on the Choptank River, this terrific farmhouse offers a cool retreat for guests seeking comfort and charm. With three bedrooms featuring a king, queen, twin, and full size air mattress, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Two bathrooms include both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the woods of this 60 acre waterfront farm located on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Enjoy the waterfront campground that our family has enjoyed for the last 70 years by bringing your own boat and launch it right on the property, fish, hike the wooded trails, tent camp, kayak, relax in the hammock, have a campfire or grill! You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at "Frosty Acres." Within 30 minutes from Chesapeake Bay Bridge, Easton, St. Michaels, Dover Delaware and only 1 hour from Delaware's Beaches. Perfect location to stay for the Easton Waterfowl Festival.

Beautiful, huge property with very clean and well-equipped home. We brought our kayaks and paddled in the river two days. The campground on the property is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to camp by the river and just use the house for showering and air conditioning. It’s also just a short drive to Denton for a nice restaurant. Highly recommend this lovely farmhouse.
