Luxury Villa Kunj is located in the village Kunj in Istria. Villa Kunj is the right choice for all those who want to spend their holiday in peace and relaxation, and at the same time enjoy the complete privacy and luxury that this beautiful villa offers.



Accommodation capacity for a maximum of 6 people, fully air-conditioned villa Kunj has a total of 208 m2 and is decorated in a rustic - modern style. Surrounded by untouched nature and eye-pleasing greenery, this villa will provide you with everything you have ever dreamed of.



Upstairs it has 3 bedrooms which include three double beds (180x200) and 3 bathrooms with showers. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room which contains a sofa, a two-seater, an armchair and a TV. The beautifully decorated kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite and most delicious dishes, such as cooking utensils, oven, toaster, coffee maker and wine fridge. Also, part of the kitchen is a small bar with 2 seats. Near the kitchen is a dining room with a table with 6 seats, and next to it is an exit to the outdoor terrace.



As additional facilities there is a washing machine, dryer and iron, and the villa has a separate toilet. For a real impression of luxury, you will be delighted by the sauna, exercise room and jacuzzi located across from the villa in a separate building, shared by the pool. If you are accompanied by children, you can use the feeder and baby cot.



The pool is 38 m2 in size and you can refresh yourself during the night or day in complete privacy. Next to it are 6 deck chairs, surrounded by an open yard and enough space for children to play, and also, children will be able to have fun hanging out on the swings.



The charcoal or wood outdoor grill is located next to the covered outdoor dining table which has 6 seats.



You can use 4 private parking spaces inside the yard.



Kunj is a small place, not far from the town of Labin and the Istrian coast with beautiful beaches and bright sea. The Istrian peninsula offers many attractions and facilities worth visiting and trying. Beautiful landscapes and sunny Mediterranean climate offer you fun and interesting day trips with your family or group of friends.
