Modern Villa Kalipso is located in the small Istrian place of Nova Vas, standing out for its simplicity and isolated position, inviting you to relax enjoying the peace and quiet.



Large glass walls, which are a feature of modern construction, give each room of the villa airiness and lighting of the interior. The accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 8 people, and total of 4 bedrooms, two have two double beds, and the remaining two with two single beds that can also be combined into double beds. On request, there are also 4 extra beds available in the villa. The ground floor of the villa has all four bedrooms, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen and an open concept dining room providing its guests with glimpses of a beautiful view of the blue Adriatic Sea. On the spacious terrace of the villa there is a large heated pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Around the pool there are 10 deck chairs where you can spend pleasant moments enjoying the summer sun. There are 4 parking spaces available in the fully fenced yard of the villa.



The beautiful Istrian town of Novigrad, only 6 km away, is the nearest beach Maestral where you can relax or enjoy water sports such as diving, swimming and sailing. Istria is different from the rest of Croatia. Long ago, the Romans named it "Terra Magica". It was in Italian possession until after World War II. It has a well-known and recognized gastronomy, top wines and world-class olive oils. Its beauties are very affordable and the interior is as beautiful as the coast. Istria also has one of the most famous ancient monuments in Croatia, the Arena in Pula. Apart from being the sixth largest Roman amphitheatre in the world, the Arena is also among the best preserved. The indispensable Istrian landmark, about two thousand years old, is also a place where you can experience unique magnificent performances by local and foreign artists.



In Istria you will find various entertainment and cultural events in the summer months. In the neighbouring Brtonigla, a picturesque place located on a hill surrounded by vineyards, in the summer you will be able to participate in various gastro-festivals such as the Chocolate and Wine Festival, Mushroom Days or ethno-event "In the colours of tradition."

This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.



Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
