Charming Villa Marija is located in the small town of Svetvinčenat in the south of the Istrian peninsula, boasts a rich tourist and gastronomic offer as well as numerous cultural and historical sights and locations. Villa Marija is surrounded by beautiful lawns and rich Mediterranean vegetation, while the numerous breathtakingly beautiful beaches are only a 20-minute drive away.



With a living space of 290 m2, Villa Marija features 4 bedrooms, three of which are located on the first floor, each with its own terrace with a table and two chairs while the last room is located on the ground floor of the villa and has direct access to the pool. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while in one there are two single beds that can be put together if necessary. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with underfloor heating and a radiator. The additional bathroom is located in the auxiliary facility near the sauna and pool. Guests of Villa Marija also have a separate toilet, a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a dining area and a living room equipped with a TV, PlayStation console and fireplace at their disposal.



Alongside three other villas, Villa Marija is located on a 25000 m2 large terrain where guests are guaranteed privacy due to the yards being separated by hedges and trees to create a more intimate space. All villas share 2 tennis courts, half a basketball court (1 hoop), 2 playgrounds and a bowling area. The 3000m2 large yard of the villa features a swimming pool (50 m2) with heating and massage option surrounded by deck chairs as well as an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. The rich entertainment offer of the villa includes 5 bicycles, table football, a small billiard table, darts and a training bike in the basement of the villa, as well as table tennis, jacuzzi and sauna located outside of the villa. Also, guests have a stereo system with external loudspeakers which are located in the object near the barbecue area. Villa Marija has 3 private parking places, and it is possible to park two more vehicles.



The usage of the tennis court in night hours will be charged €10 per hour, payable locally. Daily usage is free of charge.



The pool is closed from November until April.



This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.



Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
