Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire guest house and all of its amenities during their stay. You're welcome to enjoy everything within the space and the surrounding outdoor areas. The only area that is not accessible to guests is the garage, which is reserved for owner use.
Other things to note
The guest house offers approximately 800 square feet of comfortable living space, along with a covered outdoor sitting area that's perfect for relaxing and enjoying the wooded surroundings.
The property is located alongside a major roadway, so you may hear traffic, particularly when spending time outdoors. Inside the guest house, the noise is generally much less noticeable.
As this is a wooded property, you may occasionally hear neighboring dogs barking, which is common in the area.
Please note that portions of the outer wooded area are still under construction. Construction is limited to the exterior and should not affect your stay inside the guest house, but you may notice ongoing work in certain areas of the property.
The wooded areas surrounding the property are in their natural state and may contain poison ivy, ticks, and other wildlife. We recommend staying on maintained paths, wearing appropriate footwear, and checking for ticks after spending time outdoors.
