The gorgeous and fully air-conditioned Villa Vala features 3 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed, a library, and a balcony with two sun loungers is located on the first floor. The remaining two rooms are located on the ground floor. One of the two rooms is equipped with a double bed and has a balcony with a table and two chairs while the other has a gallery with another double bed and an extra bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with underfloor heating and radiator, while the additional fourth bathroom, located a room with a sauna, is the one nearest to the pool. There is also a separate toilet at guests' disposal. A fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area and a lovely sun-soaked living area with a PlayStation console and TV conclude the luxurious offer of the villa’s interior.



With a living space of 350 m2, Villa Vala is located on a fully fenced garden area of 1800m2 with an orchard. The spacious courtyard of the villa features a beautiful pool (50 m2) with a heating and massage option surrounded by sun-loungers. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim every day or you can relax in the Jacuzzi for 4 persons enjoying in complete privacy. The villa also offers an abundance of various entertainment opportunities which include a game room with a TV, table football, a dart board, a rowing machine, 6 bicycles, board games, a children's playground and a fully fenced beach volleyball court with night lighting and two small football goals. There is also an outdoor solar shower right next to the playground. If you wish, you can prepare fresh meals on the outdoor grill which you can later enjoy whilst lounging in the comfortable seating area at any time of day or night. There are two private parking spaces available for guests, but there is also enough space for one extra vehicle.

The pool is closed from November until April.



This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
