Villa Aqua is located at the tip of the cape Rosohotnica in Basina Bay on the island of Hvar. The villa offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Bra (Bol). Be sure to explore the island, a mixture of luxurious Mediterranean nature, rich cultural and historical heritage and everyday tourist present, and the town of Hvar, an ancient town with a rich history. With its architecture, beautiful nature and mild climate, many would describe it as a true fairytale town. The villa offers you the opportunity to escape from reality and relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, enjoying the wonderful scenery. The villa is comfortable and superbly furnished. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with large glass doors overlooking the sea and the terrace. The terrace is 60 m² and is perfect for enjoying relaxing afternoons with your family and friends. A wooden staircase leads from the ground floor to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The larger bedroom is 30 m² in size. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed and has its own bathroom. The larger bedroom has its own terrace (25 m²) with breathtaking sea views. The second bedroom (20m2) is furnished with a double bed. This bedroom also has its own bathroom, equipped with a shower. The bedroom is connected to a balcony, which offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery when they wake up in the morning. The house also has two further rooms with separate entrances. One room has a double bed and a bunk bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower, and another room has a double bed and a single bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by beautifully decorated grounds with barbecue facilities where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your family and friends. The outdoor area also offers a marvellous heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and connected to the barbecue area. There is also a special area among the pine trees where you will find extensive hammocks perfect for sunbathing. The villa is also equipped with two car parks, 5 bicycles, 2 kayaks for 6 people and 2 SUP. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee.
