Villa Jakov was built in 2021, in a rustic style, while its interior is decorated with a beautiful and modern design that will leave you breathless! It offers guests 168 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 535 m2. It is 8 km away from the nearest sea, while the nearest cafes and restaurants are only 500 metres away. The villa is fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people who will be divided into 3 bedrooms with double beds. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the villa has a separate toilet.



The living room consists of a sofa, armchair, and TV, where you can relax while watching your favourite series or movies. The dining room has a dining table for 6 people, and next to it is a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.



On the outdoor terrace, you will find pleasant refreshment in the 32 m2 swimming pool, next to which there are 3 sun loungers and a covered outdoor dining table. There is also an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood, and garden furniture, ideal for a morning coffee.



You can use the washing machine, dryer and iron as additional facilities. If children come with you, a feeder and baby cot are available.
