This stylish loft-style apartment, with its charming exposed beams and open-concept living/dining area, offers high-quality amenities and space for 4 guests. To make you feel right at home, we’ve provided all the comforts you need.

Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee or a warm cup of tea and get comfortable at the designer table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a grill, a NESPRESSO coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and everything you need to cook delicious meals. Of course, you’ll also find plenty of coffee capsules, various types of tea, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and sugar in the kitchen.

To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, the bedroom features a large king-size box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with electrically adjustable slatted frames and hotel-quality bedding.
For the 3rd and 4th guests, there is a comfortable genuine leather sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2.00 m) with a slatted base and mattress in the living room
The bedrooms are equipped with soundproof blackout curtains, and the skylights have electric shutters, ensuring that nothing disturbs your night’s rest. You’ll find USB charging ports for your smartphone on the nightstands.

A large clothes rack with wooden hangers and several compartments is available for your clothes. If you’re on a business trip, the stylish retro desk in the living room is perfect for working comfortably from our apartment. And of course, you can use our high-speed Wi-Fi for free.

In the spacious combined living/sleeping area, you can make yourself comfortable on the large, cozy genuine leather couch and wind down the evening in front of the 55" Samsung HD TV with Netflix, Magenta TV, and RLT+.
The large designer solid-wood table offers enough space for everyone to enjoy a nice dinner, play a board game—a selection of which you’ll find in the apartment—or simply sit together comfortably.

In the daylight-filled bathroom, you can take a relaxing soak in the tub or simply start your day with a quick shower.

Of course, we provide fresh towels and essentials such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo and body wash, and a hair dryer.

If you have dirty laundry, you can wash and dry it in the washer-dryer in the bathroom. The necessary laundry detergent is provided free of charge. You’re also welcome to use the iron and ironing board to get your clothes wrinkle-free again.

In the courtyard, you can make yourself comfortable in the shared seating area and perhaps strike up a conversation with other guests or reflect on the day over a glass of Palatinate wine.
