The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1995, renovated in 2003, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Location
Balatonföldvár. The holiday flat is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Cot and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via cable.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late August, 10 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep).
