This very spacious house was great for us. We had space to wrap Christmas presents, space to do puzzles, space to hang out and watch TV, and plenty of privacy for everyone involved. We particularly liked the outdoor area by the pool, though we didn't take full advantage of the pool itself. Be sure to get a full tutorial on TV operation, which can be confusing on the numerous available sets. Many thanks to our wonderful host!

The property was very large and had a separate Casita within the property. The main master bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom had a beautiful spa tub, which I used daily. There were sliding glass doors all around the pool, which was beautiful. We used the hot tub/spa outdoors every day. The hot tub gets up to 104 and had very powerful jets which you could control through an app on a phone which is left within the house. We couldn’t get the pool to heat up, but we mainly just wanted to use the hot tub.The kitchen was fairly large and fairly well equipped with pots and pans and dishes for dining inside. We ate breakfast at the house. The location of the property has many nice restaurants around. We also drove to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach and Naples to have dinners. The property manager, Charlie was very, very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable large home with wonderful pool

We stayed for two weeks at this house. It was bigger than we expected with two master suites - one being a completely private in-law suite with its own living area The home is bright and clean. The kitchen is large and well equipped. A few cabinet drawers were hard to open but otherwise well maintained. The only difficulty we had was in opening some of the sliding doors - maybe a little WD40 on the tracks will help with that. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owner kept it at a nice warm temperature. It was very clean and a maintenance guy came to clean it once each week while we were there. The neighborhood is very safe and we took walks or a bike ride every day. There is a beautiful park down the street where you can enjoy the view of the river. Charlie was a good host answering questions quickly. He came to the house when we were having trouble with the wifi We really enjoyed our stay.

Description Of Property Is Inaccurate

The description of the property says 5 bedrooms and 6 beds, there are only 4 bedrooms and 5 beds, and one of the bedrooms is upstairs above the garage.The bedroom with 2 twin beds is really only suitable for children or small adults and is uncomfortable at that.A couple of the TVs don't work and the others are confusing with multiple controllers.The main common bathroom is small and outdated.The other bathroom is a pool toilet with access from the outside by the pool.There are no instructions for the house in regards to how appliances work, wi-fi access, thrash pickup, and what to do for check out.Messaging the home owner through the VBRO website is useless with no response.However the property manager did send me a text on the day of check-in with the access code. And did response to questions when I texted to him.The house was stocked with the essentials and seem clean.I feel the price for the house was too high especially given that the description for the bedrooms and beds is an outright lie.

Es ist die Wahrnehmung diese Kunden, aber er liegt falsch. Diese Buchung war für 4 Gäste, gekommen sind 6. Das Haus hat eine integriere Einliegerwohnung, mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Für 4 Gäste braucht die niemand. Allerdings hat die Reinigung des Hauses mehr Aufwand. Richtig ist, das die Schafzimmer nur 1 Bett ( King oder Queen) bzw. 2 Twinbetten haben. Jedem Gast wird von durch unseren Verwalter eine Einweisung in alles gegeben.

Not as described!

House is large, but that is the only thing correct in the description. Prior to booking, I messaged owner, lives in Germany, asked two questions. One about access to garage and one about a heated, correctly functioning spa. The answers, yes garage 'has space for a large car' and 'spa and pool have independent heat which can be adjusted to the temperature you require.' Prior to traveling on Dec 21, messaged owner for entry intructions. Messaged again Dec 22, 23. No response, booking started 23. I was so nervous! Finally, I found a number for the property manager ONLY on information sent from vrbo's confirmation. Called Charlie on Dec 23, left voicemail. Called again Dec 24 twice. Second time was about 3pm, 3 hours before arrival. We received entry instruction, but had to ask all questions like wifi password, trash day, etc. as there is no instruction manual in the home. Upon entry to the home on Dec 23, it is VERY dirty! Walls, floors, rugs, counters, cupboards. Had to wipe kitchen before setting anything on counter. My cloth was brown. Things were broken, window in master, closet door in bedroom, door in upstairs bedrooom has been chewed by critters and mess on floor still there. Too much to write here. Garage door is broken. Spa did not heat and the grout between glass block is missing in places. The two things asked prior to booking. Had i know this, i would have rented another home! Owner communication is poor! Had to get vrbo involved for partial refund!

Fakt ist, dass Sie täglich den Verwalter Charlie angerufen, um sich zu Beschweren. Mail Verkehr hatten wir lediglich 2 mal über das FEWO Portal. Ich weis nicht mit wem Sie sonst Kontakt hatten. Ihre Bewertung halte ich für völlig absurd. Ich denke Sie wollten von Anfang an , so preiswert wie Möglich Ihren Urlaub gestalten. Bitteschön, hatten Sie ja. Das nächste mal bitte nicht mehr in meinem Haus. Diase Art von Gästen will ich nicht haben. Kritik und Anregung ist das eine, Hetze ist dass was Sie machen!
