Welcome to Vacation Rental No. 025, with a stunning ocean view. Located right on the beachfront along the Baltic Sea, this ground-floor apartment features a south-east-facing terrace with an awning. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. The first bedroom has a double bed (2x 80 cm x 200 cm), and the children’s bedroom has a bunk bed (each 90 cm x 190 cm). All the beds were newly purchased in 2023. The children’s bedroom cannot be heated separately. Both bedrooms have a skylight for ventilation. The kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and stovetop, is integrated into the combined living and dining area. From here, you have access to the terrace. The modern and bright shower room is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few steps away—your vacation couldn’t start any faster! A staircase leads down from the parking space to the apartment. The lockable shed directly across from the apartment door provides storage space for your e-bikes or bicycles.

The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

Bringing a dog is permitted for a fee, provided you register in advance.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies are generally available for use even during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
