Cosy and tastefully furnished 4 to 5-person holiday home with all modern conveniences. Within cycling distance of the forest, dunes, beach and sea with free wifi and south-facing terrace.
Relax in this tastefully furnished 'Paint it Black' holiday home in Sint Maartensvlotburg. The versatile surroundings are perfect for long cycling or walking trips through the dunes, the forest, to the sea, along the tulip fields or to nearby lovely villages or towns. You can reach the beach in only 10 cycling minutes and the forest is just a few minutes' walk away. In short, the ideal base for a cycling or walking holiday near the sea or for a weekend away.
Layout
The holiday home is located at the back of the owners' house and is fully equipped. It consists of 2 floors. At the back of the house is a cosy south-facing terrace with lounge set and garden table with 4 comfortable chairs. From the living room with corner sofa, large television with Dutch and German channels, you look out onto the terrace. From the living room, a relatively steep staircase leads to the upper floor where the 2 bedrooms are located.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen with dining area is a corner unit with, among other things, a fridge-freezer, large gas cooker, extractor, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and combi-oven.
Bathroom
The modern and spacious bathroom is located on the ground floor. Here, too, everything has been thought of. There is a bathtub, walk-in shower with rain shower, washbasin with large mirror, design radiator and the toilet.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. The cosy master bedroom has a large box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with double duvet. There is a television in this bedroom and behind the wall you will find another nice surprise: a walk-in closet! The second bedroom has a bunk bed and an excellent sofa bed that can sleep 1 extra person if necessary.
Other information:
Storage room for safe indoor bicycle storage. Also possibility to charge your E-bike there.

Parking at the holiday home on private parking. Space for 2 cars.
