Next door, there is a playground operated by De ole School, equipped with various play equipment and a sandbox made of robinia wood. For those inclined towards indoor sports, there's a game and sports cellar where you can play table tennis or table football, engage in drawing and painting at the drawing table, or simply relax on the thick mats. You can connect your music to the large Bluetooth speakers for added entertainment.

During the construction of "De ole School," materials that are resource-efficient or recyclable were prioritized, resulting in a small carbon footprint and the absence of unhealthy by-products. This approach is beneficial for both guests and the environment. The heating and ventilation system follow the same sustainable principles: a majority of the energy for "De ole School" is provided through an air-heat exchanger and distributed throughout the apartments via a low-temperature district heating network.
