Inside, you'll find a bright, open floor plan with high ceilings and abundant natural light. Two comfortable bedrooms and two beautifully updated bathrooms with walk-in showers make this home as relaxing as it is functional. Surrounded by mature trees and landscaping, the setting is private and peaceful — a true escape, even though you're just minutes from the lake, Lucas Oil Speedway, and several nearby state parks.

Indoor Living: Flat screen TV with streaming services, lots of seating for family and friends, and a desk area - just in case (though, we fully support the "no work on vacation" mentality).

Outdoor Living: Large wooded backyard, spacious landscape area, gas grill, dining table, and a huge "Party Perch" covered deck.

Kitchen: Well-equipped, center island, cooking appliances, crockpot, toaster, coffee station, dining table for 6 and 2 barstools.

General: Central heating, cooling, a mini-split unit in the living room, fans in each room, washer / dryer in laundry room, complimentary toiletries, self check-in, lots of parking and easy access to boat dock/ boat parking. Motion camera outside between the house and the deck that will light up when motion detected in the dark hours. Pets welcome (dogs only) with an additional pet fee.
