The detached villa, built in 1942 and renovated in 2009, is furnished in the typical local style. The residence is also popular because of the view of the sea from the property. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Garden.

Savičenta, district Brščići. The villa is located on a 500 sqm enclosed property. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, can be heated, 4 m x 6 m, 1.4 m deep). Swimming pool with hydromassage.
