Located in Rivedoux-Plage, "La Plage - Rivedoux Beach House" offers you the perfect spot for a family or friends’ getaway to explore the charms of Île de Ré and La Rochelle, right by the ocean.
This 40 m² ground-floor apartment accommodates 2 to 4 guests. It features a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bright living room with a double sofa bed (160x200 cm). Enjoy all the comforts you need. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, and microwave. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.
You’ll love the private 10 m² garden terrace overlooking the residence’s garden and the sea, with exceptional island views. Water sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the kitesurf, windsurf, and wingfoiling spot.
Just cross the road to reach the beach, swim, sunbathe, try water sports, or simply relax by the water.
The residence has only 6 units, creating a friendly atmosphere by the sea. There’s a gym with fitness equipment and yoga mats.
Board racks and an outdoor shower are available in the back garden. You also have access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, plus a bike garage.
A secure private parking space is available in the residence (reservation required, available for an extra fee).
