The "Heppi Ferienhaus", a detached house at the Westerwald offers pure relaxation and a break from the city noise.
Relax in the house comfortably by the fireplace or on the large, private terrace in the whirlpool - let your soul unwind!
The house is close to the forest at the nature, it's ideal for relaxing, hiking, fishing and cycling.

The whirlpool ensures ultimate relaxation. It is protected from view in the rear area, can be heated electrically or with wood and can be used all year round.

CHECK-IN

The entire holiday home and the grounds are exclusively available to guests.

The check-in takes place independently via a key box. The arrival time can therefore be chosen very flexibly.

If you have any questions or unexpected problems, we can always be reached by phone.

Bicycles can be parked on the terrace out of view.


LOCATION

The cottage is in a quiet holiday home area in the beautiful Wiedtal at the Westerwald and belongs to the municipality of Roßbach in the district of Neuwied. Forest trails for hiking and cycling are just around the corner.

Bicycles can be parked on the terrace, protected from view.

The forest path at the end of the road takes you in 25 minutes on foot to a beautiful viewpoint of the Weißenfelser Ley.

Despite the idyllic natural location, the holiday home area is only a 10-minute drive from the motorway.

In Roßbach there are restaurants and a bakery. There are also some delivery services that deliver food to the holiday home.

The nearest larger supermarket can be reached in Waldbreitbach in 10 minutes by car, also more restaurants and cafés.

For more choice, there are numerous shops, restaurants and places to go out in Neustadt (Wied) or Asbach in 15-20 minutes by car.
A gas station can be reached in 10 (motorway) to 20 minutes.
E-bikes can be hired in nearby Waldbreitbach, a 10-minute drive away.

The Waldbreitbad swimming pool can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
The Drachenburg Castle, the Löwenburg and other great destinations in the Siebengebirge are only about 30 minutes away by car.

Basically, a car is recommended in the area. However, it is also possible to arrive by public transport. The nearest bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. From there the bus takes 6 minutes to Roßbach, 12 minutes to Waldbreitbach and 45 minutes to Neuwied.
