The heart of the house is the spacious living and dining area, which features a fireplace and an open kitchen—perfect for spending time together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals whenever you like. Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable hotel-quality beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. A special highlight is the play area in the large bedroom, which not only delights the little guests but can also be used as an extra bed. Please note that use is at your own risk.
The shower room is practical and modern in design and complements the home’s high-quality amenities.

Outside, a spacious, wraparound terrace awaits you, offering a spot surrounded by nature at any time of day. For your private wellness experience, a private barrel sauna is available, offering a direct view of the garden—ideal for quiet and relaxing moments.

A parking space right next to the house ensures added convenience and a hassle-free arrival.

Information on the visitor’s tax and possible additional costs:
The visitor’s tax is calculated at the time of booking and is included in the total cost. In the event of changes to local regulations, the visitor’s tax rate may change before your arrival. You are always required to pay the visitor’s tax as calculated by the municipality.
Linens are not included in the rental price. Linen packages (made-up beds, hand towel, shower towel, bath mat—25.00 euros/person) can be booked separately.
If you use the sauna, the electricity (currently 0.50 euros/kWh) will be billed separately based on consumption.
We provide firewood for your fireplace upon arrival, and additional firewood can be purchased if needed.

We place great importance on creating a cozy atmosphere—even on vacation. With functional and stylish furnishings, we aim to make you feel “right at home.” The cottages accommodate 2 to 8 people and are ideal for couples, families, or friends.

Thanks to their central location, the vacation homes serve as an ideal starting point for excursions into the Mecklenburg Lake District. Lake Müritz is just a 3-minute walk away, and the tourist center of Waren (Müritz) is only a 25-minute drive away. Perfect for nature lovers, active vacationers, and those seeking relaxation!
