This nice summer cottage is furnished for 8 people.The former ferry cabin is located in Värmland by the Norsälven 20 km from Karlstad, 4 km from Kil.The summer cottage is located on a large plot next to the water. The cottage is approx. 50 square meters and has a living room with wood burning stove. There is a kitchen with fridge / freezer, hob / oven, microwave, sink and dishwasher. There is a hall and bathroom. There is a double bedroom. The cottage has 8 places to sleep.The cottage has a porch along the long side of the cottage, facing the river. On the porch there is also a brick barbecue. The cottage also has a heat pump with AC. On the plot there is a barbecue house for 12 people and plenty of space to play. By the river there is a large jetty where you can fish for pikeperch etc.On the bridge you can also grill, sunbathe and swim (in the river). At the bridge there is a boat for 6 people. With the boat you can row or go out with an electric motor along the river in an Alaska-like nature or go out and fish.You can fish from the jetty or take a boat down the Norsälven. You can fish for trout, salmon, perch, pike, pike-perch, etc. Fishing licenses and further information can be found here https://www.ifiske.se/en/fishing-permit-norsalven-asfjorden.htmFree fishing for children and young people up to the age of 14.During the peace period from September 15th to December 31st, fishing for salmon and trout is prohibited.Here the sun is on throughout the day. You can also shoot air rifles, or why not go on a "mushroom walk". The cottage is also rented out to hunters (hunting grounds can be found on their own).Here you enjoy nature with bird symphonies. You have a feeling that time has stopped.The cottage is not rented out to youth groups.Bedroom with double bed 160 cm x 200 cm. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt ok. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Sauberkeit war gut, das Platzangebot für 2 Personen gerade noch ok. Es gibt aber leider doch einige Verbesserungsaspekte:- Kommunikation mit Vermieter: nur via SMS; hat zu Missverständnissen geführt, z. B. direkt bei der Ankunft; vereinbart war Treffen am Haus; tatsächlich war niemand vor Ort,?der Haustürschlüssel steckte, das haben wir aber erst auf Nachfrage und 1h Wartezeit erfahren. - Fernseher: auch, wenn wir Nichtstun Fernsehen schauen dort Urlaub gemacht haben, so war Fernsehempfang die gesamte Zeit nicht möglich; auch hier: erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage wurde sich gekümmert, leider nur mit der Info, dass sie Sat-Anlage defekt ist. Das war’s, keine weitere Info, damit wurden wir allein gelassen!- Abreise: auch hier wieder niemand vor Ort, dem wir hätten den Schlüssel geben können - haben ihn hinterlegt- Kaution: es wurde keine Kaution verlangt, obwohl das im Angebot angekündigt war; meine Nachfrage dazu im Vorfeld beim Vermieter, in welcher Form, die Kaution hinterlegt werden soll, wurde nie beantwortet. Daher habe ich in Deutschland gegen Gebühr von zehn Euro bei meiner Bank schwedische Kronen abgehoben, obwohl es eigentlich in dem Land nicht nötig ist, Bargeld bei sich zu haben.Fazit: für uns war der Urlaub trotz Allem sehr erholsam, dennoch hätten wir uns seitens des Vermieters mehr „Kümmern“ und Proaktivität gewünscht. Empfehlen würden wir die Unterkunft leider nicht nochmal!

Hej, es tut uns sehr Leid das Sie Unannehmlichkeiten während Ihres Schwedenurlaubs hatten, leider waren die Vermieter verhindert und konnten Sie nicht persönlich begrüssen, dadurch konnte bei Ihnen auch keine Kaution erhoben werden. Wir haben die Gastgeber gebeten die Kommunikation zu verbessern und hoffen Sie konnten trotzdem ein wenig die schöne Natur und Umgebung geniessen.
