Beautiful residence "Atlantic Green", surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of de Lacanau ocean, 4 km from the sea, 5 km from the lake, 4 km from the beach. Private: well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Terrace, garden furniture, roofed, parking. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bicycle rental 2 km, bus stop "Marie Curie" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Bordeaux 60 km, Arcachon 60 km, Saint Emilion 90 km, Dune du pyla 70 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Lacanau, 4 km.
4-room villa 108 m2. Modern furnishings: large living/dining room, ceiling height 500 cm with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 large room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bathroom, separate WC and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 2 large rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace with bathroom, separate WC and double hand-basin. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Large terrace 40 m2, west facing position and north-west facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
