This bright ground-floor apartment with a large sun terrace offers everything a vacationer could want in its 40 square meters of space. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and features a separate bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, as well as a living/sleeping area (160x200 cm fold-out bed; easy to use; excellent sleeping comfort). The apartment is located not far from the village center but is in an absolutely quiet setting. Shops for daily necessities are within a 3- to 5-minute walk. Hiking and biking trails pass right by the house. An outdoor swimming pool, a via ferrata, and the Nordic Park (access to the cross-country/skating trail network) are a 10-minute walk away. You can enjoy alpine winter sports around the nearby Winklmoos Alm and Steinplatte ski area (transfer via public ski bus). Wellness facilities are available in the wellness area (Day Spa) of the Gut Steinbach Resort in town. You can park your car securely in the underground garage. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartment. TV channels are received via cable, and you can stream your favorite music through the Marshall soundbar. Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.

Shops for daily necessities are within a 3–5-minute walk. Hiking and biking trails pass right by the house, and sports facilities such as the outdoor pool, via ferrata routes, and the Nordic Park (access to the 210 km cross-country/skating trail network) are just a 7-minute walk away.
Skiers, snowboarders, ski touring enthusiasts, and others will find excellent winter sports conditions on the outskirts of town or at the Winklmoos Alm, just a few kilometers away (transfer by ski bus; access to the Steinplatte/Waidring ski area).
You can reach Kitzbühel by car in about 25 minutes, and your Salzburg sightseeing tour can begin after a 50-minute drive.

Our guests can park their vehicles in the underground garage, protected from wind and weather (maximum clearance height: 2 meters), and store their winter sports equipment or bicycles in separate rooms.
