Fredensborg Castle in the heart of North Zealand is inhabited by the royal family in both spring and autumn and is therefore open to visitors in July, while the castle park is open all year round. But also Frederiksborg Castle in Hillerød as Hamlet's Kronborg Castle in Helsingør are worth a visit in any case.
