Sun worshippers will feel right at home on Villa Gabella’s large rooftop terrace. Those who prefer the shade can make themselves comfortable on the covered outdoor seating areas. Stroll through the terraced garden with palm trees, cacti, olive trees, and a sea of flowers, and let your mind wander!

The location of this meticulously restored vacation home on a property spanning over 3,000 m² is simply magical:
From Villa Gabella, situated on a hillside, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and Capo Palinuro; the wide sandy beach “Saline” is just a short walk away—about 200 m. Grocery stores, a café-bar, and the nearest restaurant are located about 500 m away in Caprioli, a neighborhood of Pisciotta.

DREAM VACATION HOME VILLA GABELLA
The interior of the vacation home is just as well-maintained as the outdoor grounds. The rooms are designed with an eye for detail and a sense of aesthetics; their dominant colors—green and blue—are the namesakes for the main house, Villa Verde, and the separately rentable guest apartment, Villa Blu.

MAIN HOUSE VILLA VERDE – The heart of Villa Verde is the spacious, bright, and airy area on the first floor, illuminated by large windows. It includes the living room, where you can relax in front of the fireplace, watch TV, or curl up on the couch, as well as the dining area with a kitchenette. Divided by elegant, rustic arched doorways, the room opens onto two large terraces with wonderful ocean views.
On the side facing the hillside is another terrace shaded by olive trees, which is ideal for outdoor dining. One of the two bathrooms is also located on the first floor.

The first floor features a bathroom and the three bedrooms (two with air conditioning) of the main house. The double bedroom has two terraces with magnificent views of the sea. The other two rooms (bunk bed; single bed) also have access to a terrace or a balcony, respectively. A staircase leads to the sunny rooftop terrace: Capo Palinuro seems close enough to touch.

VILLA BLU APARTMENT – Villa Blu can accommodate an additional 4 people. It is located in the same building as Villa Verde but is accessed via a separate entrance. Villa Blu features a spacious kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms (double bed; 2 single beds), a bathroom, and a covered terrace.

Villa Gabella is equipped with central heating, making it suitable for a winter stay as well. Both the main house and the guest apartment have a safe. There are 2 covered parking spaces on the property.
