The Space:

Discover a sunny escape in an unbeatable location at this all-suite 2BR/2BA penthouse!



Walk 5 minutes to a pristine beach on the Grand Strand. For more fun in the sun, cast a line off the Apache Pier or dine oceanside at a local restaurant. You’ll also love the close proximity to shopping, golfing, and entertainment venues.



Perched on the third floor, this welcoming retreat provides privacy and a peaceful balcony. Inside, modern decor and a sun-filled, single-level floor plan promise relaxing vacation days.



LIVING AREA



Open the blinds to flood the living area with natural light. A large sectional provides plush seating -- settle in and watch a movie on the 50” flat-screen TV.



KITCHEN & DINING



A full suite of kitchen appliances makes it easy to prepare anything from beach snacks to festive meals.



When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for four in the dining area.



BED & BATH



This condo sleeps up to six guests in two suites, both featuring a 42” TV and an en-suite bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination.



The comfy master bedroom is outfitted with a plush queen-size bed – Step out onto the balcony for morning coffee and an ocean breeze.



The second bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle.



OUTDOOR AREAS



The breezy balcony overlooks the pool and offers peaceful views of your Myrtle Beach neighborhood. Bask in the sun or rest in the shade -- all while Atlantic waves roll gently in the distance.



Dip in the unheated community pool or hot tub (open from April to October).

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for two cars under the open carport. Motorcycle parking is prohibited on this property.



This third-floor unit is only accessible via stairs.

We had an amazing stay at this penthouse! The place was decorated beautifully and had everything you needed. The beach was just minutes away and easily accessible to great restaurants and shops. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Quiet Retreat in Myrtle

Great location and wonderful management team. The showers need some attention as one does not drain well. Overall, a great place and close to the beach.

Nice cozy condo steps from the ocean

Clean and very comfortable. Felt right at home and we enjoyed the pools as well as the hot tub. We love the general store and the other establishments within walking distance of the condo

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean. The location was great. When we got there the dryer was not working but they had it fixed that day.

Very nice place and extremely clean. I'm that person that travel with linen and everything to clean and disinfectant. This place felt clean and looked clean. Will stay here again. Had everything we needed for my family of 5

Great location

Great location and the property management was excellent to deal with. I was able to text them when I had any questions and they immediately got back to me. Overall a very good experience. Condo was very well decorated. The only complaint I have is the beds were alittle on the hard side

We do like a lot the location, pool,we have a good time

Everything was perfect but was just one thing we didn’t like at all at the first night we found a cockroach inside the unit and out side at the entry door and down at the parking lot

Great home away from home

The apartment is exactly as was expected based on the online listing. The location is pretty much perfect with a brief 5 min walk ( with kids) to the beach. We had some minor issues during our stay (dishwasher and bathroom fan didn’t work upon arrival) which their very professional local maintenance team resolved within 24-hours. If I’d make it back to Myrtle Beach again I’d definitely stay in this location again.

Great weekend getaway!

The property was exactly what was listed and very clean! There were some noisy people setting off fireworks in the evenings but to be expected in an area that is very populated. Pool and hot tub were easily accessible. At one point I got locked out of the room and customer service was very helpful and able to get me my access code. Would rent here again!

Nice

The condo had recently been redone with all hardwood flooring. It was very clean and pretty. We had no parking pass on arrival and it was taken care of immediately with GREAT communication. The location to the pools and walkover to the beach was great.

Great location. Beds were comfortable. WiFi was fast. Cons: not enough towels for drying off after showering and the ones that were provided were way too small. Couch cushions were dirty looking. Super long code for door lock to get inside each time.

MB During A Crisis

Our planned stay was shortened by COVID 19. Still, we enjoyed our 10 days on the Beach. Turnkey Rental did an excellent job managing all aspects or our rental which was excellent value. Their follow up was well done and would use them again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place that we would rent again. Accommodations were exactly as described, and location is well-situated with good proximity to the beach, good restaurants, and other area attractions. Place was also clean, neat, and well-maintained. Many positives and no negatives. Definitely recommend.
