Our holiday home offers a picturesque setting that delights in every season. In winter, you can easily reach the ski lift to conquer the slopes. In summer, you can explore the breathtaking mountain landscape. In the immediate vicinity you will find hiking trails and cycle paths that invite you to adventures in nature. The charming village of Itter also offers restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities to enrich your stay. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

This holiday home is equipped with (security) cameras for the public outdoor areas.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
