Hi, Quintin, thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are disappointed to hear that we dropped the ball this time, as this is not the high standard of guest satisfaction and cleanliness that we hold ourselves to. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager to address with our housekeeping team. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future!

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get the door code. Sent messages a couple hours before check in and just received AI generated messages that the code will be sent closer to 4pm. Tried to call 2x and sent multiple messages. Finally on the 3rd call I was able to talk to a representative. After verifying my identity she informed me the reason I didn’t get an automated message was because I didn’t fill out the guest form link. I informed her I would have if it was ever sent to me. I went they all message and no link appeared, she could not provide confirmation of the link being sent. Talk about staring off on the wrong foot.Dishwasher was filled with Dirty dishes The house otherwise was good, location and layout very nice.

Disappointing Experience

Nice location and layout of home was nice for sharing with others. Initial communication was timely but we never heard from the local team regarding our concerns about the cleanliness of the home. Pictures were submitted to the main company upon arrival noting the kitchen and most of the first floor was not cleaned. Disappointed the local team never reached out to us.

We deeply regret that we didn't follow up on these concerns after you reported them. We aim to be available to assist our guests with any questions or concerns they may have before, during, or after their stay, and we are sorry this was not your experience. We have brought this to the attention of the local manager to ensure this does not happen again. Family vaca

The home was lovely. Very homey and great amenities. We liked being close to the beach but far enough from the crowds. Very comfortable couch and spacious living quarters. It was actually better then our expectations!!

Great Golf Trip

This place was perfect for four guys on our yearly golf trip. Layout of the rooms were great, kitchen was the perfect size and being able to drop our clubs in the garage every night was helpful. The location, right on the barefoot resort was perfect to hit all the courses we wanted. Hope to stay here again next year.

The bedroom/bathroom configuration of the property was as described and location is great. Third floor bath is narrow but functional. Main issue was cleanliness. Main floor had crumbs on floor, countertops and table and leaves/debris on runner. Clearly the cleaning crew missed. Used towel and dirty sheets were found in one bedroom and two bathrooms had an odd film on mirror with one barely being usable. Reached out upon arrival and told local company would contact me but that has yet to happen.

Fantastic Property

I really loved this property. It was super clean and the decor was very tasteful. Beds were comfortable and cozy. As a family of golfers, we really appreciated that this property backed up to the chipping green and driving range. I would stay here again and again.

Great rental

Brand new, very clean rental. You can tell these owners know what they are doing. I will definitely be staying here again. Great proximity to the clubhouse and only a few minute drive to the beach and barefoot landing shops.

There was way too many fruit flys in the fridge, trash can, cabinets and garage. Other then that the house is very nice. Needs to work on cleanliness.

Ideal Location and Amazing Home for a Family Visit

Brough my wife and 3 kids for a 5-day stay and we absolutely loved our experience. The unit itself is large, well-appointed and lovely. Our kids had movie night every evening in a different room. My wife and I had our morning coffee on the screened patio overlooking the driving range, which was quite peaceful in the early morning. The location was ideally situated for access to the beach, the pool and many activities and restaurants. We took the kids to a dinosaur and pirate-themed mini golf courses, which were by far the best I’ve ever been to. The beach is a five minute drive away—windy hill—with parking right next to the sand. Food lion is within 5 minutes as well, but there’s a place called fresh market 15 minutes away that is more like Whole Foods. Produce is really good. Crafty Cow in barefoot landing is awesome ice cream. Flying fish has a great kids menu. Ours loved the fried shrimp. We also cooked several meals using the high-quality kitchen cookware. We will be returning every summer.
