Also includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Dining table for 4 people. Living room with a large U-shaped sofa bed, a highboard, a TV stand with a large TV (Smart TV), Alexa Unlimited, and Wi-Fi included. Bathroom with a large shower with a glass door, a toilet, and a spacious vanity with built-in cabinets. Also equipped with a hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, first-aid kit, and hand dryer. The hallway features a coat rack and a full-length mirror. Private, lockable 15 m² covered lounge area in the entryway. Amenities: 1 bedroom, oven, linens provided, windows can be opened, double bed, hair dryer, freezer, dishwasher, size in m²: 60, towels provided, pets allowed upon request: 1, heating, Internet TV, electric kettle, coffee maker, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, Smart TV, smoke detector, satellite TV, sleeper sofa, seating area, toaster, Wi-Fi in the room, living room, kitchen, in-room safe. Bathroom: Shower, bathroom with window, towel dryer, toilet, sink. The booking fee must be paid in cash on site. Upon arrival, we will collect a 100 EUR security deposit and ask you to provide your bank account information on site so that we can refund the deposit (within 3 days) after the apartment has been cleaned, provided no damage has occurred. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM or by arrangement. Please let us know your estimated arrival time. Check-out is by 10:00 AM or by arrangement. Upon arrival, we collect a cash deposit of 100 EUR, which we will refund to your bank account within three days after the apartment has been thoroughly cleaned, once you have provided your bank details. If you are traveling with more than 2 people, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the sofa bed. Upon request and by arrangement, we can stock your refrigerator with food for dinner or breakfast for an additional fee; we can also provide various beverages for your refrigerator. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of 20 EUR per pet. The base rate includes bed linens, towels, Internet TV, and Wi-Fi in the room. Please indicate when booking whether you’ll need the guest couch in the living area for sleeping so we can prepare it for you. If you are traveling with a dog, please contact the host in advance. As a general rule, dogs are not allowed on the bed or the couch. Thank you for your understanding.
