The semi-detached house is surrounded by a sheltered, child-friendly garden. <br>The terrace is perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast in the sun.<br><br>For a relaxing vacation, the first floor of the house features a large, open living area with a cozy TV couch, seating for reading by a wood-burning stove, and a large dining table in the adjoining sunroom. <br>A separate, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining utility room and a shower room also ensure ample comfort on the first floor. An air fryer is also available in the kitchen.<br>The upper floor features 3 cozy bedrooms and another shower room.
