Large living/dining room with a balcony, a small rooftop terrace, and a fantastic view of the harbor and the canal.
Kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
Two bedrooms with double beds—one with adjustable slatted frames (2x 90x200 cm) and one with non-adjustable slatted frames (2x 80x200 cm).
Spacious bathroom with shower, plus a separate guest restroom.
Electronics: TV, DVD player, stereo system, Wi-Fi.
Bicycle storage on the shipyard grounds.
Shared laundry room with a reading corner, washing machine, and dryer (coin-operated: €4 per load—€1 coins required).
