The accommodation
The spacious hallway leads you into the elegant period apartment. Two generously proportioned bedrooms with king-size beds create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
A cosy living/dining area with living area and 55-inch smart TV, real wood table and 6 seats characterize this modern apartment.
A fully equipped kitchen with 2 seating options and a bright bathroom with shower bath leave nothing to be desired for a pleasant stay.
Tourist tax: Guests aged 18 and over pay a tourist tax of € 5.00 per day/guest. You will receive all further information on payment when booking.
Access for guests
All information regarding access to the building will be provided after check-in. Access is completely contactless via a key safe.
HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS
Check-in is from 17:00, check-out is 11:00 at the latest.
1. early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
3. commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited
4. guests exceeding the number indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
5. animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
6. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.
7. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
8. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
