The outdoor area of the house consists of a private pool where you can refresh yourself from the summer heat or simply enjoy the sun rays on the sun loungers. There is also a garden where you can enjoy the activities offered by this villa - badminton, pikado or table tennis with your loved ones. Don't miss the opportunity to prepare Istrian delicacies on the barbecue in such a pleasant natural environment. From the terrace there is direct access to the ground floor of the house. A modern living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area form an open-plan living space. A bedroom with 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet complete this level. The staircase leads to the first floor, which consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the marvellous landscape. Book Villa Bembic and secure yourself an unforgettable holiday in the Istrian region.Villa Bembic is located in Nedeina in the hinterland of Istria and is surrounded by the special features of this region: hilly landscape and untouched nature. This area invites you to enjoy and relax in nature, but also offers a range of possibilities such as hiking or cycling on well-known routes. Visiting wine cellars and tasting Istrian specialities such as truffles and prosciutto is a must - of course with a glass of the famous Istrian Malvazija on the way along the enchanting wine trails. Nearby are the towns of Labin and Rabac, known for their unique ateliers, where you can enjoy art at every turn. These towns have excellent beaches and restaurants and also offer activities such as: Tennis, golf, beach volleyball and water sports. The adrenaline parks and diving centre in Krnica Bay, located next to cycling and hiking trails, are a must for adrenaline lovers. The nearest beach, Draine in Plomin, is only a few minutes' drive away.

Villa Bembic really is a lovely villa.

Villa Bembic really is a lovely villa. It exceeded our expectations in every way. It is fully equipped with everything you will need for your holiday and is beautifully decorated throughout. We enjoyed being able to play table tennis, badminton and darts in between a dip in the beautiful pool. There is a really nice restaurant a couple minutes drive up the road in the village and we ate there a few evenings whilst watching the stunning sunset. We would recommend having a car if staying in Villa Bembic as there are so many nice places to visit within a short drive. The host, Milena is such a lovely lady. She greeted us with a very warm welcome on arrival and was a great source of information about the local area and places to visit. She sorted any issues for us really quickly and when our son took ill during our stay she was so helpful, going above and beyond to provide us with all the information we needed to get him treated with the right medicines and even offering to get them for us if we couldn’t get them ourselves. We were so grateful to her for making our situation a little less stressful. We would highly recommend Villa Bembic and its lovely host and would definitely return given the opportunity. .

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderbaren Haus rundum wohlgefühlt. Vor allem der schöne Pool und der tolle Ausblick auf die Berge ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Milena war sehr gastfreundlich und sie war immer erreichbar. Rundum zu empfehlen.

Ein sehr wundervolles und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus.

Ein sehr wundervolles und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus..alle Zimmer mit Bad und Klimaanlage...genauso schön wie auf den Fotos...auf der großen Terrasse hatte man immer genügend Schatten und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum Verweilen am großen und immer sauberen Pool ein..da wir mit unserem Kind da waren, haben wir ihn ausgiebig benutzt..auch der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Pool und die Bäume und Berge im Hintergrund ist sehenswert...um das Haus herum sind keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn, so daß wir unseren Urlaub in aller Ruhe genießen konnten.. Unsere Gastgeberin Milena hat uns einen sehr liebevollen Empfang bereitet und war stets erreichbar für evtl. Fragen oder Wünsche..wir konnten uns außerdem gut verständigen, da sie auch deutsch spricht.. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen..auch ein kleiner Laden mit Bäcker ist im Nachbarort in 2Minuten zu erreichen..in Rabac sind viele schöne Steinstrände teilweise mit aufblasbarem Aquaparkour im Wasser und Felsen mit Liegemöglichkeiten sowie kristallklares Wasser innerhalb von 25min mit dem Auto zu erreichen..es empfiehlt sich zum Parken eine ParkApp zu installieren, da der Parkautomat öfter mal "Mittagspause" macht.. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub..wir danken Milena sehr für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit und wünschen allen nachfolgenden Gästen einen schönen Urlaub
