Villa Topid is a cozy and beautiful villa located in a small village in the surroundings of Labin Rabac. Villa Topid can accommodate 8 guests in its pleasantly decorated interior. Villa Topid has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bright living room with a fireplace. One bedroom is located on the first floor and three on the upper floor.

The highlight of Villa Topid is the beautiful green garden, where you can enjoy your time by the private pool. For even more enjoyable moments in this villa with pool, there is a terrace with an outdoor dining area and charcoal barbecue.

Villa Topid is air-conditioned and has WiFi internet access and private parking for 3 cars. Villa Topid offers everything for a relaxing vacation.

The villa was named after the small Istrian village of Topid, which is located only 5 km from Labin. Labin is located on its hill and is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for art and history lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town offer well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, as well as various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town has some excellent fish restaurants, with delicious local produce, as well as cozy cafés where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The coastal town of Labin is Rabac, a former fishing village, now a popular tourist destination, surrounded by a variety of beautiful pebble beaches. During your stay in Istria, don't miss out on visiting the small towns in central Istria. Central Istria is known for its landscape of small, picturesque, medieval towns that are irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence.

Wir haben mit 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern und einem Hund Urlaub gemacht.Alles war sauber und der Pool ein Traum.Ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass das Grundstück komplett für den Hund eingezäunt gewesen wäre.Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen auf einem Hügel , wo man seine Ruhe hat.Mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich schnell wenn etwas repariert werden muss, was bei uns der Fall war.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus. Sehr geräumig und ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf gelegen. Martina hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und gute Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren im August 2023 in diesem tollen, gepflegten, sauberen und mordernen Ferienhaus. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett von Martina empfangen und sie hat uns alle wichtigen Infos zum Haus mitgeteilt. Auch haben wir gute Tipps für den Strand und Restaurants erhalten - vielen lieben Dank hierfür!! Für 4 Erwachsene, drei Kinder und einen Hund war das Haus von der Größe her perfekt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!
