The check in procedure was not smooth !Was poorly communicated and it was only another guest who managed to open the key box at the unmanned office !I emailed to check if there was a cot highchair or playpen a couple of days before we arrived .Interhome said someone would get back to me but no one did .We had to go out a buy baby equipment to cater for our 8 month old granddaughter.There was no sign outside the villa , no house name nor rental agent sign . The house was all closed up and dark dingy and smelt musty The place was clean but very old and tired The photos had all been lightened so it looked much nicer in the photos than in reality.For a villa that is 4 bed and sleeps 8 there is only a two seater sofa and two old rocking chairs in the lounge area !The kitchen had no natural light and blunt knives , mismatched crockery and cutlery .No kettle No oven glove No tea towels No garlic press No oven to table wear No quilts or blankets Not enough hot water so after 3 showers the 4th shower is cold Broken sunbeds so can’t sit up Plastic table and wooden chairs by the pool Swing chair that was ripped No furniture on the roof terrace so unusable space Lots of mosquitoes and we all got quite badly bitten .Family photos of the owners on the walls and a used shewee in the loo which was disturbing!Interhome were completely uninterested in answering our emails to explain how disappointing we found the villa Not recommended
