The “Strandperle” villa in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz is a beautiful villa built in 2022 in the traditional seaside resort style. The design preserves the charm of the well-known historic seaside resort architecture.
Its exceptional and peaceful location, at the beginning of the famous Binz beach promenade (known as the “Fischerstrand”) and the Binz Granitz, with its unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, underscores its exclusivity and makes the beautiful “Strandperle” villa truly one-of-a-kind, as you can see in the small photo gallery. Some of the apartments feature a stunning, partially unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, a parking space next to the building, a balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea, a washer and dryer (for a fee) in the basement, an elevator, and, in some cases, a beach chair (on the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.



Apartment 09:

This 3-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features one balcony with a direct ocean view and another with a side ocean view.





This stylishly furnished 3-room apartment on the first floor is a non-smoking, pet-free unit that offers approximately 89 m² of spacious living area for a relaxing vacation. From the very beginning, great emphasis was placed on a cohesive, personalized interior design—featuring a Scandinavian decor style, high-quality floor tiles with underfloor heating, custom-made furniture and built-in closets by a designer, as well as an elaborately profiled ceiling structure with integrated LED lights and an elegant chandelier.

The bright, spacious living area with an open kitchen opens onto a large balcony with a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea—from the pier to the chalk cliffs. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with light, while the custom-designed Swedish country-style kitchen and the high-quality sofa create a special, cozy atmosphere. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, a Samsung Blu-ray player, a CD player, and a BOSE sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic-top stove, and practical extras such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

The apartment features two bathrooms: one with a luxurious two-seater bathtub by Villeroy & Boch, the other with a spacious shower and a built-in sauna—perfect for relaxing.

Both bedrooms are situated on the quiet side facing the forest. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a flat-screen TV, a BOSE Wave music system, and access to another balcony overlooking the Granitz beech forest with a side view of the Baltic Sea. The second bedroom is equipped with a sleeper sofa and a TV.
